Who is responsible

Your enquiry and our reply
The form asks for your name, email, service and business goal. Company, telephone number, website and timing are optional. We also receive your chosen language, the page you contacted us from and limited campaign information in that page’s URL, such as campaign source and name. We do not collect advertising click identifiers through this form.
Before you send, your entries remain in the open page. When you select Send enquiry, we save the full enquiry as a note on your GoHighLevel contact and create an assigned task in our internal Client Ops queue. Your enquiry may update the dedicated website fields and the related sales opportunity. We send a receipt acknowledgement, review your request and respond personally. Email and WhatsApp replies are saved in the conversation and may create a follow-up task.
We use these details to answer your request and, where applicable, take steps towards a service agreement at your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or commit you to a purchase. Please do not send passwords, access keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information such as your IP address, browser and request details to deliver and protect the website. Our delivery ledger records submission identifiers, hashes and delivery status to prevent duplicates and investigate failed deliveries; the full enquiry is stored in GoHighLevel and our internal task queue.

Language preference and tracking
Your explicit language choice is stored in this browser so the website can remember it. You can change it in the header or clear your browser’s site data. Language suggestions use your browser settings, without checking your location. Fonts and images are served with the website. We have not enabled Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking on this website.
Who processes the information
Our team and technical providers process information needed to handle your enquiry: Cloudflare for hosting, security and the delivery ledger; GoHighLevel and its communication providers for contact records, email and conversations; and our internal Client Ops service for assigned tasks. Technical processing may take place outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Provider terms describe their processing and international transfer arrangements. See GoHighLevel’s privacy policy.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. A message is sent only when you choose to send it there, and WhatsApp/Meta also processes it under its own terms. We do not use this form for automated sales decisions.
How long information is kept
Enquiries, conversations and tasks are kept while needed to handle the request, manage a resulting client relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. Delivery identifiers and status records are retained to prevent duplicate processing and reconcile delivery issues. There is no automatic expiry for these records; deletion requests are reviewed manually, including any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or correct your information, or request deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where these rights apply. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We update this notice when the website’s processing changes.
